I hope all is well.
with the august Wagga shoot my wife will be attending as it’s my birthday weekend.
I hope that she can shoot as a try shooter (unlicensed) on the 300m Sunday and I will over see her and my son (minor ) on the day?
is this possible and if so what do I need to do to get my ducks lined up?

When the nomination announcement comes out, generally 4 weeks before the event, contact the match organiser. That wont be me, but he will be listed along with his contact details.
That's unless he reads your post before then.
The 300m Fly on Sunday is great fun, hope you and the family make it.
