IDEA FOR SATURDAY EVENING AT THE BLUE HEELER.
I have an experienced chef on standby to do smoked scotch fillet, smoked rump and chicken with potato bake, salad and rolls.
He would be preparing this in advance so we need firm numbers. Cost will be $30 per person.
Looking at doing it early evening so we can cater for those staying in town and those camping. To make it worthwhile we need 20+
Good chance to have a nice get together and feed.
