SSAA Batemans Bay and MarXman are proud to announce the 2024 South Coast Fly Championships.

Program:

Friday February 23rd - Practice and Flag setup From 10:00

Saturday February 24th – 500m Heavy Gun & Light Gun

Weigh in from 8:15am match commences @9:00am Sharp

Sunday February 25th – 200yd Rimfire

Weigh in from 8:15am match commences @9:00am Sharp

Both days will be registered matche/s and count toward their respective Shooter Of The Year competitions.

Nominations

$60 per class – Includes lunch on both days!

Prizes

Trophies and prizes will be on offer. Prize details will be announced.

Facilities & Catering

Camping is available as usual, no charge, but donations are accepted.
Coffee Van in the morning
Lunch on both days is provided and included in your entry fee.

The competition will be run in accordance with the SSAA Fly Shoot rulebook current at the time of the competition.

We are happy to announce the prizes on Offer for the 2024 South Coast Championships Sponsored by MarXman:

1st for LG and HG, 1kg of 2209

plus medals and/or trophies for the winner and minor places

and for highest target and smallest group.

1st for Rimfire. One brick of Eley Match proudly donated by Ulladulla Powder Coating. Thanks Steve and Cheryl.

Wazz has also supplied a Cheetah Barrel in 6.5mm.

To give more competitors a chance to win the Cheetah barrel that Wazz has generously donated. We have decided It will be 1st prize for the two gun winner. ie Best Centrefire score + Rimfire.

And last but certainly not least, one of his beautiful custom stocks. I have said this many times previously and I will no doubt repeat it a few more times; these things are just not proven winners they are an absolute piece of art and should be hung on the wall. All participants who shoot will get at least one entry in the draw, you will get 2 entries for shooting 2 classes and of course 3 for shooting all classes. So all shooters have a chance of walking away with the stock as long as they are in attendance for the draw. Hopefully we will get Mr MarXman there himself to present it
