Fly patches on offer for all events
- Fly patches on offer for all events
- Yeti tumblers engraved with Nightforce Logo and 2025 Nightforce ACT Fly Championships for winner of Heavy Gun, Light Gun, Rimfire and CF/RF 2 Gun, Yeti tumbler for the Junior with the highest score over the weekend, regardless of class (Top Junior), badges for placings.
- Badges for most Fly hits in each class.
- Badges for Small Group and High Scoring Target each Class.
- Lucky Prize Draw after presentations on Sunday – Nightforce are sponsoring the event with 50% off the recommended retail price of a specified scope – further details to be announced.
- The major lucky prize will be drawn near the end of the presentation. You must be present to be eligible and collect the prize.
Nominations and fees

- Adults: $65 one class, $110 two classes, $150 three classes.
**Nominations AND fees to be received and PAID IN FULL at the range on the morning of competition – Cash only please**
All adult/junior competitors must have the appropriate license from their State/Territory for the class of firearms being contested.” SSAA membership card to be presented on the day.
Accomodation
- Camping permitted $10.00 per person per night. Hot Showers, power and toilet facilities are available.
- There is plenty of other accomodation located close by in Canberra city, however many competitors choose to stay at the Eaglehawk campground because of its close proximity and good food.
Catering
- Catering will be provided by Gungahlin Lions club on both Saturday and Sunday
- Offerings include bacon and egg rolls for breakfast, steak sandwiches, sausage sandwiches and hamburgers for lunch. Soft drinks, water and tea also available
Range & Match Information
- Please note SSAA Canberra is restricted to .30 calibre and below
- Wind flag installments must be complete by 8:30 am on day of competitions
- Sighting/fouler will be the official 10 min warmer target at start of each classes match (unlimited ammo for warmer target).
- 8:45am will be the competitors briefing on competition days.
- Both days will be a registered matches and count toward their respective Shooter Of The Year competitions

Rulebook
- Light Gun, Heavy Gun and Rimfire competition shall be run as a registered match under the current SSAA Benchrest Fly rule book.
