Welcome to the 2026 SSAA Mackay monthly Fly Competition.
SSAA Mackay Branch (Q17) hold a monthly CF and RF shoot at the SSAA QLD Brightly Shooting Complex.
Centerfire is in 2 x 6-month competitions for the year.
- 300m CF Summer series (Jan to Mar, Oct to Dec) and,
- 500m CF Winter series (Apr to Sep)
Rimfire is a 11-month competition from Jan to Nov.
The CF Series shoot is held on the 3rd Sat morning of each month, and the RF is in on the 4th Sat afternoon each month.

Awards for each competition:
- Shooter of the Series,
- Highest Match Score,
- Best Target and
- Smallest Group
*300m CF Fly in Mackay is shot on 500m Targets and scored as per 500m CF sizes.
